The 18th “Construction Industry Safety Sharing Ceremony cum Presentation Ceremony 2017” was held successfully at the HKCEC on July 5, 2017. The Director of the Labor and Welfare Bureau, Dr Lo Chi-kwong, delivered a speech.

This competition was organized by the Occupational Safety and Health Council, the Labor Department and the Construction Industry Council in conjunction with government departments, organizations, chambers of commerce and trade unions to work closely with the construction industry stakeholders to further enhance the occupational safety performance of the industry and remind all employees pay attention to safety, and jointly promote the industry occupational safety and health culture.

A total of 367 entries were received in this year's competition. After the assessment, our company’s two sites participating in the competition and has got three "Merit Award", including “the Best Construction Scheme”, “Model Bamboo Shed Workers” and “Model Metal Shed Workers”. Among them, the representative of "St. Regis Hotel Development Project, 26 Harbor Road, Wan chai" shared the successful experience of promoting the safety of construction industry to the attendants, so that the industry would know more about our company. Through awards, our company’s effort and contribute on the implementation of safety management had got affirmed. We are encouraged to continue maintaining a high standard level of construction safety and health.
