The Quality Public Housing Construction and Maintenance Awards 2019 hosted by the Hong Kong Housing Authority was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 30 November 2019. CR Construction's project, the redevelopment of Pak Tin Estate Phase 9, was awarded the “Outstanding Contractor Award - The Innovative Use of BIM Technology (Commendation)” and the “Best Site Safety Award – Accident / Incident Reporting (Construction)”. Besides, we were honored with the “Outstanding Maintenance and Improvement Projects – Bronze Award” in recognition of the project team's efforts for the emergency clearance works at Choi Hung Estate after Super Typhoon Mangkhut struck Hong Kong.

Over 40 per cent of the local population live in public housing which is a major component of housing in Hong Kong. CR Construction shall continue to strive for excellence in future public housing development projects to provide quality housing for our citizens.
