On 25 July, it was the Lu Pan Patron’s Day, as winners, CR Construction's colleagues Mr. Raymond Tang and Mr. Steve Tang were invited to participate in the awards ceremony of "Young Lo Pan Award". As the chief guest, the Under Secretary for Development Mr. Liu Chun-san has presented the awards to the winners.

Organized by Hong Kong Lo Pan Kwong Yuet Tong, the "Young Lo Pan Award" aims to recognize the motivated young people who show outstanding performance in the construction industry, and also encourages more potential young talents to join the industry and propel its development.

Mr. Raymond Tang and Mr. Steve Tang, nominated by us, were awarded the "Young Lo Pan Award". In addition, Mr. Raymond Tang was awarded the "Outstanding Young Lo Pan Award" for his outstanding performance, and he also delivered a speech to share his experience in the industry. The honour is not only an affirmation and encouragement to Mr. Steve Tang and Mr. Raymond Tang, but also a recognition of CR Construction’s work to train young talents.

The younger generation is the future of the society, and the young talents in the construction industry are the new force driving the development. CR Construction will continue to provide more development platforms and opportunities for fresh talents, not only to inject continuous energy into the company, but also to bring more new force to the construction industry in Hong Kong.
