On 13 July 2018, CR Construction was awarded a Renovation Works for AVED Modern Office Workplace in EMSD Headquarters Building for Electrical and Mechanical Services Department. The site is located at 3 Kai Shing Street, Kolwoon, Hong Kong. This Works is for the conversion works of the existing carpark to office at 4/F. This project comprises of the demolition of existing fixture, construction of partition, interior decoration, aluminum window and fire shutter. The site area is about 900㎡. The project will commence in July 2018 and scheduled to complete by end of 2018.
