The "Quality Building Award 2018" Award Dinner was successfully held on 15 June. Campus Development of Caritas Institute of Higher Education constructed by CR Construction was awarded the Hong Kong Non-Residential (New Building - Government, Institution or Community) Merit Award.

The project is located at 2 Chui Ling Lane, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories. The project involves the construction of a 9-storey building with 4 link bridges to adjoining existing buildings, including sub-structure with lateral support works, superstructure works and associated E&M Works. The total construction floor area is approximately 28,000 m². After the completion of the new school building, it is estimated to accommodate over 3,000 students, providing outstanding education facilities and an ideal learning environment for teachers and students.

The Quality Building Award is jointly organized by nine professional organizations in Hong Kong, aim to recognize companies who demonstrate outstanding teamwork and buildings with excellent quality.
