Mr. Chen Hang, the General Manager and Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Zhejiang Construction Investment Group (“ZCIG”), came to Hong Kong for the research and guidance visit, from 16 to 18 May.

At the forum with the managers of CR Construction and parent company CZCGHKL, Mr. Chen Hang attended our Chairman Mr. David Guan’s presentation on the company’s work and learned about the company’s difficulties and challenges in the development process. He said that, at this stage, we must do a good job for listing of CR Construction. It is necessary to make every effort to fine-tune the work, fully consider the difficulties that may be encountered in the process. We must take various factors into account and make daily major decisions carefully. On the other hand, CZCGHKL not only take root in Hong Kong, but also actively “go global” and expand overseas markets. In addition, we should cultivate and introduce talents, and nurture successors for future development of CZCGHKL and CR Construction and even ZCIG.

During the visit, Mr. Chen Hang introduced the situation of ZCIG in terms of market development, overall listing, debt-to-equity swap, and construction industrialization, and conveyed ZCIG's expectations for CZCGHKL and CR Construction. It is hoped that the company can identify its position, recognize its strengths and shortcomings, clarify its direction and actively participating in the construction of the national “One Belt, One Road” and strive to high quality development. Mr. Chen Hang also met the listing agency of CR Construction to understand the progress of the listing.
