Renovation Works of Nicholson Tower at 8 Wong Nai Chung Gap Road, Hong Kong

On 2^nd February 2016, our company was awarded a Main Contract for Renovation Works of Nicholson Tower at 8 Wong Nai Chung Gap Road, Hong Kong. The contract sum is around HK$108 million. The site is situated at Wong Nai Chung Gap Road, Mid-level, Hong Kong Island. This project includes the retiling works at all exposed external walls of 2 nos. residential buildings of 30-storey with carpark, replace all external drainage system and refurbishment of passenger lift lobby. It also includes relevant building services installation and re-flooring of carpark works. The project was commenced on 22^nd February 2016 and scheduled to complete by mid of 2017.
