On 14 October 2017, our first Tender Planning Competition of Project Management Training Program was successfully held. The event was organized by our Technical Department. There were 8 teams which were made up by more than 50 staff from different projects and departments participated in this competition. We were glad to have our company corporate management, department heads and senior project manager, a total of 16 people served as the judging panel.

During the event, each team made a presentation and elaborated their team's tender planning program. Following that, a Q&A session was carried out by the judging panel. The performance of each team would be scored and 3 finalists would be chosen for this competition.

The purpose of the competition was to help employees to have a comprehensive understanding of the overall construction process of the project. At the same time, the company wanted to take this opportunity to let colleagues from different projects and departments to know each other and enhance staff cohesion. The organizing committee also inserts a technical Q&A session to arouse employees’ attention on more in-depth understanding of daily work processes.

During the opening and closing speeches, the top management again showed their support to the participants and their sharing was truly valuable.
