On 7 April 2020, CR Construction Company Limited was awarded a main contract for demolition and hoarding works for the proposed residential re-development at 37 Barker Road. The project includes the demolition of swimming pool and all existing structures, the erection of hoarding and temporary supporting facilities. Total construction floor area is 3,782m².
