On 26/09/2016, a contract was awarded to our company by Chinachem Group  for a proposed office development located at 1 Hennessy Road. The works include the construction of 1 level basement carpark, 3 retail podium floors, 7 E&M floors and 21 floors of office tower. The gross floor area is approx 30,000m². The contract sum is over HK$ 1 Billion and the construction period is 815 days.
