A contract was awarded to our company by Kerry Project Management (H.K.) Ltd for the construction of the Proposed Residential Development of NKIL No. 6532 Lung Cheung Road, Beacon Hill, Kowloon, on 18^th November. The works include the construction of basement car park, 5 nos. of houses, 14 nos. of villas, 2 nos. of residential towers with 7-storey height, club house, access road work and external landscaping, etc. The site area is approx. 10,600m². The contract sum is around HK$ 800 Million and the construction period is 490 days.
