On 14 July 2015, CR Construction Co. Ltd. was awarded the  Superstructure Main Contract Works (Phase 2) of Ying Wa Girls’ Breezy Path Redevelopment Project with the Contract Sum of approximate HK$36 Million. This Contract will be executed concurrently with the existing Ying Wa Girls’ School Main Contract Breezy Path School Redevelopment and the scope is for construction of the additional fourth and fifth floor of about 1,000m² construction floor areas including an 8 m high Auditorium inside the Breezy Path new school building . The execution of this Contract is intended to tally with the completion of the existing Ying Wa Girls’ School Breezy Path Redevelopment Project and the tentative Commencement Date is in Year 2017 with 250 days contract period.
