On 19 December 2019, CR Construction Company Limited was awarded a Main Contract of Jockey Club One Health Tower for City University of Hong Kong. The site is located at Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon, in the campus area of the City University of Hong Kong. The project involves the construction of a new 12-storey building on a 1-level basement, together with the associated alterations and additions works.
