On 15 October, 2015, our company was awarded a building contract of Hong Kong Housing Authority - Pak Tin Estate Redevelopment Phase 9. The contract sum is around HK$270 million. The site is situated at Pak Wan Street and Nam Cheong Street, Pak Tin, Shamshuipo. The Works consists of the construction of a five-storey community complex and a pedestrian footbridge over Nam Cheong Street with approximate total construction floor area of 5800m².It also includes the piling foundation, all E&M services and associated external and landscaping works. The project was commenced on 26 October, 2015 and scheduled to complete by end of 2017.
