On 16 Nov 2018, CR Construction was awarded a Main Contract for the construction of Sheung Shing Street Campus Development for The Open University of Hong Kong. The site is located at Fat Kwong Street / Sheung Shing Street, Ho Man Tin, K.I.L. 11265, Kowloon, Hong Kong. This Works is for the construction of 1-level basement and 12-storey superstructure with all related E&M and landscape works and additions and alterations works for the existing footbridge across Sheung Shing Street. The construction period is 600 days. The project scheduled to commence in December 2018 and scheduled to complete by August 2020.
