On 9 April 2020, CR Construction Company Limited was awarded a main contract for the construction of Subsidised Sale Flats Development for Hong Kong Housing Authority at On Muk Street, Shek Mun, Sha Tin. This project involves the construction of a 31-storey domestic block with 3-storey podium garden, car park and emergency vehicular access, riverside promenade and associated works at On Muk Street Garden, as well as external and remaining works. Total construction floor area is 36,242m² and the contract sum is approximately HK$400 million.
