On 04/03/2016, a new main contract was awarded to our company by Grandwall Investment Limited. This is a contract for a proposed residential development located at Ma Kam Street in Sha Tin Town Lot No.599. The Works include the construction of two blocks of 25-storey residential floors on one-storey of club house and main lobbies on ground floor and one basement level carpark including all building services installation and associated external works. The contract sum is over HK$ 600 Million and the construction period is 575 days.
