A contract was awarded to our company by Cheong Sing Property Development Limited for a residential project at No. 229A-G, Hai Tan Street, Sham Sui Po on 28^th December, 2016. The works include one 27-storeys high residential building of 23-storeys residential apartment floor and 3-storeys podium for shops and clubhouse facilities. The total GFA is approx. 4,000 m². The contract sum is around HK$170M and the construction period is 540 days.
