Mr. Qian Hongshan, the Assistant of The Foreign Minister of People’s Republic of China (The Ministry), along with his team of experts, have arrived Hong Kong on 12 January 2017 to sign off the completion and handover of the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs Commissioner’s Office in Hong Kong.

Mr. Guan Manyu, Chairman of the China Zhejiang Construction Group (HK) Limited, gladly present and accompanied our clients, architects and consultants around the building during the inspection. We are pleased to have the inspection team’s recognition.

Followed by the inspection, there was a celebration luncheon. Mr. Liu Zhiqing, the representative of the Client, Mr. Lau King Chiu, the Deputy Managing Director of Dennis Lau & Ng Chun Man Architects & Engineers (HK) Limited, Mr. Qian and our Mr. Guan have all delivered speeches during the luncheon to express their sentiments to the project. They all believed the site geographical location has set a tough beginning to this project, both in construction methods and safety measurements. However, with the effort of the project team, this project has come to a fine completion. The four parties signed off the inspection agreement in the end.
