A contract was awarded to our company by All Greatness Limited for a residential project at No. 68-86, Wan Fung Street, Wong Tai Sin on 23 March, 2017. The project is for the construction of one 29-storeys high residential building with 234 nos. flats and G/F shops and club house. The total construction floor area is approx. 9,500 m². The contract sum is around HK$373,000,000 and the construction period is 450 days.
