On 13 June, 2017, the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Exhibition Center of the People's Liberation Army Hong Kong Garrison was held in the Naval Base of Stonecutters Island. Mr. Zhang Mingzhi, the Secretary of Party Committee of Oversea Department of Zhejiang Construction Investment Group Company Limited and Mr. Guan Manyu, the Chairman of CR Construction Company Limited, were invited to attend the ceremony.

Hosted by Mr. Liao Zhengrong, the Deputy Commander of the People's Liberation Army Hong Kong Garrison, several guests of honour made speeches in this ceremony, which include Tan Benhong the Commander of the People's Liberation Army Hong Kong Garrison, He Jingtang the Academician of Architectural Design & Research Institute of SCUT, and Mr. Zhang Mingzhi. Mr. Zhang Mingzhi stated that our company has great confidence to execute a premium construction project with high quality standard.

Afterwards, Mr. Yue Shixin the Political Commissar of the People's Liberation Army Hong Kong Garrison started the Groundbreaking Ceremony. All the guests have sent their regards wishing a smooth start of the project.
