On 28^th April 2017, our company was awarded the Main Contract for Alteration and Addition Works at Cigna Tower, 482 Jaffe Road, Wan Chai. The contract sum is around HK$39,000,000 and the construction period is 220 days. The Works include the demolition of existing block wall and finishes, alteration and addition of interior structure, and curtain wall, fitting-out works for interior lobbies, replacement of waterproofing system and building services installation. The Project was commenced on 5^th May 2016 and scheduled to complete by end of 2017.
