On 28 April, 2017, Hong Kong Housing Authority confirmed the award of the term contract for Maintenance, Improvement and Vacant Flat Refurbishment for Properties Managed by District Maintenance Offices / Wong Tai Sin, Tsing Yi and Tsuen Wan for the year 2017 to 2020. The Works include maintenance, improvement and vacant flat refurbishment for 6 housing estates and fitting out works in estate offices, etc. The contract sum is around HK$370 million.
