On 2^nd February 2016, our company was awarded a Main Contract for A&A and Building Renovation Works of Mei Foo Sun Chuen – Stage VIII. The contract sum is around HK$90 million. The site is situated at Mei Foo Sun Chuen, Kowloon. This project comprises of patch repair to all exposed external walls of 10 nos. residential buildings of 21-storey with carpark, replace all external drainage system, replace waterproofing system and repainting to common area. It also includes relevant building services installation and concrete repairing works. The project was commenced on 7^th March 2016 and scheduled to complete by mid of 2017.
