On 8^th March 2016, our company was awarded a Main Contract for Revitalization of Gold Peak Building at 30-34 Kwai Wing Road, Kwai Chung. The contract sum is over HK$ 2 million. The project is to convert an existing 9-storey industrial building into a commercial building of 7-storey offices and 2-storey shopping malls. The project comprises of alteration of existing structure, external façade, partitions and all building services installation. The project was commenced on 11^th March 2016 and scheduled to complete by mid of 2017.
