A contract was awarded to our company by Union Score Investments Limited for a podium of a composite development project at N.K.I.L. 6514 Kwun Tong Town Centre (Development Areas 2 & 3), on 3 July, 2017. The project is for the construction of a 9-storeys complex building with 2-storeys of basement and 7-storeys of podium including shopping mall, carpark and club house. The contract sum is over HK$1.1B with a construction period of 753 days. The contract was commenced on 10 July, 2017.
