A contract was awarded to our company by Kadoorie Estates Limited for a residential redevelopment project at No. 7, Headland Road, Repulse Bay, Hong Kong on 30 March, 2017. The Works include the construction of a 3-storeys high domestic block and a single storey clubhouse with carpark and plant rooms. The contract sum is around HK$220,000,000 and the construction period is 690 days. The Project will be commenced in early of May, 2017.
